2Products & Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes — actual products may vary slightly in appearance. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but errors may occasionally occur.
3Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is required at the time of ordering for card payments. Cash on delivery orders are payable upon receipt. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, AfterPay, and cash on delivery.
4Delivery
We deliver to selected Brisbane suburbs. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. You must ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods. If delivery cannot be completed, redelivery fees may apply.
5Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our products at the time of delivery. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
6Returns & Refunds
Fresh produce and refrigerated items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded when reported within 24 hours of delivery with a valid receipt. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
7Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8Intellectual Property
