How do I place an order online?+
Placing an order with Zencycl is quick and easy. Simply browse our online store, add the items you'd like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you've completed your order you'll receive a confirmation email outlining your order, the agreed delivery time, and a summary of charges.
Can I add special instructions to my order?+
Yes, definitely! You can add special instructions, substitution preferences, or any specific requests in the Order Notes field at the checkout when you place your online order. Our team reads every order note carefully and will do their best to accommodate your requests.
What is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?+
The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 12:00 midnight. Orders placed before midnight will be processed and dispatched the following morning for delivery that same day. Orders placed after midnight will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Can I request a specific delivery time?+
You can add a preferred delivery time in the Order Notes section at checkout. While we cannot guarantee delivery within a requested timeframe, we will do our best to meet it. If timing is critical, we recommend calling us on (07) 3357 5433 to discuss your requirements directly with our team.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?+
Yes. Upon successful completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order, the agreed delivery time, and a summary of charges. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us on (07) 3357 5433.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?+
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on (07) 3357 5433 or at sales@zencycl.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, however once an order has been packed and dispatched we may not be able to make amendments.
Which areas do you deliver to?+
We currently deliver to suburbs close to our store in Windsor, Brisbane. Our delivery area is regularly reviewed and expanded. If your suburb is not currently listed, please email us at sales@zencycl.com with your postcode and we'll do our best to add your location to our delivery run.
What days do you deliver?+
We do not currently deliver on weekends. If you need an order for a weekend event, please ensure you order by Thursday midnight for Friday delivery, or contact us directly to discuss your options.
How much does delivery cost?+
Delivery fees are based on your order value and distance from our Windsor store. Orders over $200 qualify for free delivery within 6km. A $25 flat fee applies for deliveries over 6km on orders under $300. Orders over $300 receive free delivery regardless of distance. Your delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?+
No, you don't need to be home. We can leave your order at a safe place if you're not available. If you have preferred delivery instructions — such as leaving the order at the back door, with a neighbour, or in a specific location — please include this in the Order Notes at checkout. Please note: Zencycl guarantees the freshness of goods for two hours after delivery. We are not liable for goods that spoil due to incorrect storage after this period.
What if I'm outside the delivery area?+
If you're outside our current delivery area, you're welcome to email us your postcode at sales@zencycl.com and we'll try to add your area, visit us in-store at 142 Newmarket Rd, Windsor — open 7 days, 6:30am – 7pm, or arrange collection from our store for catering orders.
How is my order packaged for delivery?+
All orders are carefully packed by our team to ensure produce arrives in perfect condition. Chilled and temperature-sensitive products are packed appropriately to maintain freshness during transit.
What happens if there's a problem with my delivery?+
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you experience any issue with your delivery — damaged items, missing products, or quality concerns — please contact us within two hours of delivery on (07) 3357 5433 or email sales@zencycl.com. We'll work to make it right as quickly as possible.
How fresh is your produce?+
Freshness is at the heart of everything we do. Our buyers are at the Brisbane Rocklea Markets from 3:30am every morning, handpicking the very best fruit and vegetables available — which arrive on our shelves that same day.
Do you stock organic produce?+
Yes. We stock a range of organic and locally grown produce alongside our conventional range. Availability varies seasonally. Visit us in-store or browse online and filter by organic to see what's currently available.
Do product images always match exactly what I receive?+
Product images on our website are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change by a supplier without our knowledge. Although our goal is to always incorporate current product images, products may undergo changes periodically and there might be a slight delay in updating them.
Do you cater for dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)?+
Absolutely. We cater for a wide range of dietary requirements including gluten-free, dairy-free/lactose-free, vegan & vegetarian, nut-free options, and diabetic-friendly. Our team is always happy to help you identify the right products.
Are your meat products ethically sourced?+
Yes. Our butchery team works with trusted suppliers to source quality, ethically raised meats. We stock grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, and a range of premium cuts. For specific sourcing information on any product, please speak with our in-store butchery team.
What is your return policy for fresh produce?+
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce and food products, Zencycl does not generally accept returns of goods once delivered. If you receive goods that are damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality upon delivery, please contact us within two hours of delivery.
How do I report a problem with my order?+
Contact us within two hours of delivery at (07) 3357 5433 or sales@zencycl.com. Where Zencycl is at fault (e.g. incorrect item supplied, item damaged during transit), we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
What are my rights under Australian Consumer Law?+
Zencycl's obligations to you are governed by the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in our terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable law.
Do I need an account to place an order online?+
To place an online order, registration is required via a valid email address and relevant personal details for delivery purposes. You must be over 18 years of age to register. A facility is available for returning customers to recall their previous order upon entering their email address.
How is my personal information used?+
Your personal and payment details are strictly private and confidential. They are used only to facilitate your order — for delivery, sales records, and to provide the best possible service. Zencycl will never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How do I reset my password or update my account details?+
You can update your account details by logging into your account on our website and navigating to your profile settings. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
How do I place a catering order?+
You can make a catering enquiry through our catering page, or by contacting our Deli team directly on (07) 3357 5433 or at sales@zencycl.com. Visit us in-store at 142 Newmarket Rd, Windsor. Our team will confirm availability, discuss any customisations, and arrange collection or delivery.
How much notice do you need for a catering order?+
We recommend placing catering orders at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure we can prepare your platters to the highest standard using the freshest ingredients available. For large events or complex orders, more notice is appreciated.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements in catering orders?+
Yes — we're happy to customise any platter to accommodate your guests' dietary requirements including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free options and more.
Do you offer delivery for catering orders?+
Yes. Delivery is available for catering orders to areas within our delivery zone. For catering orders over $200, delivery is free. Alternatively, you're welcome to collect your catering order directly from our store.
